Through a series of monthly workshops intended to build vaccine confidence held from February through May 2022, Washtenaw County youth are invited to learn new skills as means of self-expression, communication, and self-care.

Artist facilitators will lead skill-building activities to nurture creativity, engender trust, and open up dialogue about health and wellness; health specialists will provide reliable, science-based vaccine information while dispelling common myths. An exciting culminating event will spotlight the creativity of local youth and artists and spread the message to express yourself as you seek the facts to protect yourself against COVID-19, with a larger audience.

Express Yourself // Protect Yourself is a program of the Washtenaw COVID Cultural Partnership (WCCP), a collaboration between the Corner Health Center (CHC) and the University Musical Society (UMS).
