Wayne County REALTOR® – Buyers & Listings
We’re looking for licensed REALTORS® to own their lane in Wayne County — working with both buyers and sellers. You’ll be the face of Team Hinton in the neighborhoods you serve, helping families and investors buy, sell, and build wealth through real estate.
What You’ll Do:
Work with buyers from pre-approval to closing: consultations, showings, negotiations, inspections, and more.
Represent sellers by pricing homes, prepping listings, coordinating photos, and marketing online and in the community.
Be visible: attend team meetings, trainings, and community events as a representative of Hinton Real Estate Group.
Communicate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other partners to keep deals smooth and clients informed.
What You Bring:
Active Michigan real estate license (or currently working toward one).
Strong knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Wayne County neighborhoods and market trends.
A people-first mindset and desire to educate and empower buyers and sellers.
Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and video.
Self-motivated, coachable, and ready to plug into a system instead of winging it.
