Our museum and archives are keeping their regular hours - 2 to 5, Tuesday through Sunday. We are closed on Mondays. We are occasionally closed because of a staffing problem, visitors can call during our regular hours M to F to confirm that we are open, 734-482-4990.

Entering the Museum is like stepping back in time to visit a family in an original 19th Century Ypsilanti home. You can pretend to be their guests in the Informal Parlor, share the preparation of a meal with a wood stove, do the laundry without electricity, and imagine an overnight stay without indoor plumbing.

For the adventurous historian, visiting the Archives will be an opportunity to explore over 200 years of Ypsilanti heritage. Search and discover exciting facts about your family, home or business.
