Real Estate One and Revalue have teamed up for this Winter real estate investing series to instigate good conversations, creative thinking, and maybe even some new projects and partnerships in the Ypsilanti community.

We'll be approaching this series through a triple bottom line lens of people (how does it serve our community), planet (how does it restore the soil), and profit (how does it return value on the investments of time, money, and energy), and we invite you to join us!

In this 2nd workshop in the series, we'll be tackling risk - how to manage it, how to know how much money to put on the line, and the different dimensions of risk that you need to know as you try to figure out where your comfort zone is. Your speakers for this workshop will be announced soon.
