4 Simple Steps to Help You Find Your Dream Career:
Step #1 - Complete four activities prior to the session. Participants should allow about three hours of time to complete the assessments and career questionnaire.

Step #2- Attend the two-hour group session held at SPARK East where we will help you understand the different options given your interests and strengths and you will put together a Career Exploration Plan.

Step #3- Perform additional career research on the most promising occupations.

Step #4- Personalized Coaching: Attend a one-hour individual session with a career development specialist to assess your research and put together your plan of action.

This holistic approach, delivered over a few weeks, will provide you with the reflection, research and support to get you pointed in the right direction with concrete next steps.
