Community CPR, AED and Basic First Aid Training

Sunday April 7th, from 12pm-3pm at the Ypsilanti Senior Center (1015 N. Congress St, Ypsilanti, MI 48197)

Once completed, you will receive your certification for CPR/AED and First aid through ASHI (American Safety and Health Institute), a nationally recognized certification. This blended learning class is designed to cut down on time in the classroom and to provide more hands-on learning. Part One is must be completed online prior to your registered class date. Part two is in-class and structured for adults in the community and workplace

Registration is open now at www.annarborymca.org (keyword CPR) or call 734.996.9622. Pre-registration is required to allow time for participants to complete online training before the in-person class time. Register on or before April 1, 2019.

Cost: $50 per person

Did you know that if provided immediately after a sudden cardiac arrest, effective bystander CPR can double a victim’s chance of survival? Statistics show that the earlier CPR is initiated, the greater the chances of survival. The Parks & Recreation Commission has partnered with the Ann Arbor YMCA on this program
