Take a stroll around nearby neighborhoods in Ypsilanti. This photo was taken north of Depot Town on the corner of Maple & North River Street. You can see the colorful buildings past the beautiful orange flowers.

We can’t get enough of the historic homes in Ypsilanti, including the famous Hutchinson House, sitting on the hill in the Prospect Park neighborhood, now occupied by Highscope Educational Foundation.

The famous Ypsilanti water tower stands 147 feet tall behind the bust of Demetrius Ypsilanti, a Greek war hero and the city’s namesake.
